The therapists are very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I love that they take a holistic approach to find the root cause of the problem in their management rather than just confining the treatment and strengthening exercises to problematic area. I found that this approach really sped up my recovery. Highly recommended!

This is a good place to address chronic pain. In my case, I had knee osteoarthritis that was aching even when sitting or lying down. Maple, my physiotherapist, was very thorough in assessing my condition and explained my underlying problems very well. After 1 month of weekly sessions of troubleshooting, massage and exercises, the pain level has come down considerably. I am happy to report that I able to return to normal daily functions like walking my dog and going up/down the stairs.
