The therapists are very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I love that they take a holistic approach to find the root cause of the problem in their management rather than just confining the treatment and strengthening exercises to problematic area. I found that this approach really sped up my recovery. Highly recommended!

This is a good place to address chronic pain. In my case, I had knee osteoarthritis that was aching even when sitting or lying down. Maple, my physiotherapist, was very thorough in assessing my condition and explained my underlying problems very well. After 1 month of weekly sessions of troubleshooting, massage and exercises, the pain level has come down considerably. I am happy to report that I able to return to normal daily functions like walking my dog and going up/down the stairs. I have found the sessions to be informative and effective so far. My assigned therapist appears to be knowledgeable and is able to provide a holistic assessment on my condition. And, also not forgetting the good customer service too.

I had slip disc/severe back injury due to poor posture, gardening and household chores. It’s so bad that I can barely walk or sit & have to live with pain despite pain killers. Fortunately, a colleague recommended Physiowerkz. It’s quite amazing that after a few treatments I regained my mobility & able to resume my daily activities. My physio therapist, Alexis is very skilful, professional, supportive and caring, too. The specific exercises she gave help to alleviate my pain and stiffness, as well as strengthen my core muscles.
