An amazing hardware store. Has a wide range of stuff that might be on the high end for most customers. But once you check out the brands and try it out yourself you immediately know why. It's mostly from overseas and the quality is top notch. Very satisfied with the place.

I just had a really bad ACE Hardware experience shopping at your Dpulze Shopping Centre branch in Cyberjaya. Me and my mother were looking for a particular kind of light bulb and non of the staff were willing to help and look for the exact light bulb with us. We asked numerous help from different staffs but what stood out the most were the two girls who were near the light bulbs. Rather than helping the customers, they were more into chit-chatting with themselves. When we called them out for their attention they started acting aggressively and when asked for their name, they wouldn't even show their staff ID because it was covered with random crumpled papers. This is our first time experiencing this service after the numerous times that we went to that particular branch. When we asked for the Manager's help, the manager named Mr. Foo said that he can't do anything because he's just new. I would highly appreciate it if you would take a look unto this matter because this is really unacceptable.

Went Mr DIY couldn't get the adaptor I wanted. Managed to get one here
