I've been coming here for the better part of 2 years now and the workouts are still fresh and effective. The trainers are focused, experienced and motivating. Prices are quite reasonable too in comparison to other places

Dropped in while on vacation. Was greeted by name immediately. Madu made me so comfortable and welcome. Super friendly members. Great box, great WOD, great coach. Definitely pop in if you're in KL!

One of the earliest Crossfit box in town. It has top notch equipment n highly reputable coaches. Clean and well maintained box. Loving it here. Reasonable membership price as well.
