Clean, new gym. Biometrics required for entry and locker assess. Natural lighting is abundant. Not super crowded. Definitely recommended.

My cancellation process:nnSometime in June: I went to RFC outlet to say I want to cancel. The person attending to me told me to leave my phone number, and said I will receive a call to complete the cancellation.nnResult: No call. I forgot to follow up, and got charged for July.nn25th July: Called to cancel. Told me I will get an email form to fill up and to send back to complete cancellation. Said that I was past the threshold date for cancellation, but that it’s not a problem and that I won’t be charged for August.nnResult: No email.nn26th July: Called again to say I want to cancel. Again, told that I will get an email by the same day.nnResult: No email.nnYesterday: Went into outlet again, said I want to fill the cancellation form. Got the form, filled it, and was told that I will get a call the next day to finish the cancellation process.nnResult: By 4pm, no call.nnToday: At 430pm, called to ask about the missing call I’m supposed to get. Am told that it will come ASAP!!!!!!!nnResult: Now, at 740pm, no call.nnI haven’t managed to cancel yet. And if you think you can just ask your bank to stop the payment, the bank will tell you that Direct Debit is a merchant side issue. You have to stop the payment from the gym’s side.nnNot making anything up. And, this review doesn’t really affect the quality of the gym. The space is nice, equipments are nice. But I feel like this probably indicates something wrong. And I’m partly writing this review just to get a reply. What’s going on? Please someone explain. Am I really paying for another month?nnUPDATE: Now at 9pm, just got a confirmation from RFC that the cancellation is done. Anyway, wasn’t a good experience, but provided this doesn’t happen again, I guess everyone does make mistakes sometimes. Still give this gym a shot guys. I feel like I should revise my star rating to be more consistent to my overall experience with this gym.

A very nice, modern gym tuck in Eco City mall. Good vibes, not overly crowded and more importantly, very friendly staff and owner. No sales or push. Neighborhood gym, only cooler and more sophisticated!

One of the coolest gyms with amazing equipment and not to mention the most cleanest facility around

The gym is newly opened in July, equipments are still very new. Cleanliness of bathroom is still well maintained, no sauna or steam here. Entrance and lockers are using biometric fingerprints machine to unlock, to me it’s convenient.nnMost of the staffs are friendly, limited classes available for now (not sure if they’d have more variety of classes later), schedule is not available online (staff will Whatsapp to the members once the new schedule is out).nnOverall there’s nothing to shout about, but it’s convenient for those who are working around the office area here.nnMembership: 160/month before SST, min. 6 months contract. No referral program as of now.
