My wife and I first stopped by to check their collection of sofa around Oct'19 and were attended by Kenney. Kenney left us with the impression of being a very professional sales person in spite of our very dressed down appearance, as he accompanied us patiently when we looked around for suitable sofa, without discriminating us based on how we looked like. Before we left the outlet, I made him a promise that if I ever want to buy anything from Rozel, I would look for him in future.nnFast forward to 11 months later in Sept'20, we visited the outlet again and specifically looked for Kenney as our new house is finally ready. Once again, Kenney demonstrated his professionalism by first trying to understand the sofa we were looking for (in terms of size, design and the leather grade) and helped us to shortlist a few sofas that could go well in our living hall. Kenney actually prioritised the right sofa instead of trying to maximise the budget we gave him. We actually visited the showroom several times to discuss how various proposed sofas would fit into our living hall -- and all these while Kenney was extremely patient with us. He was also always available for consultation over Whatsapp.nnIn his attempt to help us find our ideal sofa, he even recommended us to check out a particular sofa model at another Rozel outlet, a kind gesture that is hard to come by among sales persons as clearly every sales person has the vested interest to make customers buy from them.nnWe finally pulled the trigger to buy a 3+2 seater alongside with 1 arm chair from Rozel USJ. We are extremely grateful to be served by Kenney as even now as we are waiting for the sofa to be delivered to us, Kenney has been proactively keeping us updated -- another kind gesture of professional after-sales service demonstrated by Kenney.nnWhile it is true that Rozel might not sell the cheapest sofa in town and neither do they have the best design (as per the other users' feedback), their high quality customer service (especially the one rendered by Kenney) greatly differentiates Rozel from its competitors.

Furniture's are great and equally their personnel's.

The sofa had problem within the warranty period, but customer still need to pay the transportation fee rm160, and no spare sofa for customer. So, I need to sit on floor for few weeks??????????

Average design for hefty price. Not many modern look furniture design.
