Extremely bad service, let's talk one by onen1) Double charge on my stay, then I call to ask for verify and refund on double charge, they say will call me but never call back. I call 2 time also no response. Fine just consider I burnt the money then. Also your reception not even ask my details, then direct close my call, how do u pass my info? I call 2 time also u being so rude why?n2) Too much paper to sign. Upon check in need sign 4 paper, upon checkout need sign 2 paper. I get it u got SOP, but can't u do all in a 1 2 pager or summary?n3) Room is very small compared to other same level hotel. But I guess this is nothing much to complain. I even took corner room and its still very smalln4) I need wait 5 minute for your ppl come to guide me for your valet parking. How is that any valet anyway?n5) check-in took 10 minute to finish. What is the prob? Any hotel I go also only take less than 5 minute.

loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable, food was great but most importantly, the staff were amazing. Loved 1 night stay here and would definitely return back! not forgetting the city which is absolutely beautiful .Highly recommended staycation.

Service was top-notch from checking in to checking out. Had the pleasure of being served by CK for both of my stays and he has never failed in adhering to my special arrangements. To my surprise, replies on the live chat in the app was prompt and resolved as soon as practicable. The bartender, Darwin makes original cocktails and is always up for a chat. Lovely staycation place and will not hesitate to book for another weekend or two.

Service is absolutely horrible - had to wait 1 our for food and staff forgot the drinks order made by us. imagine the worst service you had in a mamak, four points is WORSE.nnIf you happen to drive a nice car, don't bother going here, the ramps to parking are way to steep and you are sure to scrape (if its a performance vehicle, say goodbye to your bumper), and valet is pretty much non existent.
