Took a short break while driving at Four Points over the weekend and surprised to find the interior and rooms of the hotel to be a bit aged. Surely compared with other Four Points brand which has a character of its own, this property definitely needs an upgrade and a idea. Especially when the old Renaissance will be upgraded to Four Points, I wonder what plans do they have for the Puchong property. Albeit it was nearly fully booked, it should still have a consistent brand feel and experience across.

Good food & good ambience to be here. 5star hotel, the chef also good by cooking our meals as per ordered. Timing is ok for me. Need to improve on payment management since sometimes need to quieu. Place quite nice. Thanks

Three days spent at Four Points Sheraton is the best days. Long awaited gathering of family under one roof and unforgettable time spent together was wonderful indeed.nFelt very safe with all the Covid threat going on.nSystematic and very gracious staffs.nWould recommend to all my friends and family.nKeep up the great work.
