The hotel is clean and look grand and cool. But the management of the hotel is very poor. Delay in arrangement. The food is bad and tasteless. The rooms are pretty cool and looks classy. Some of the staffs are friendly and helpful yet someone are very slow. No proper arrangement of food and drinks. Need more energetic staffs.

Room quality is not as expected from a 5 star hotel. Staff is not well trained and lack of sense of urgency when carrying task. As of currently, hotel is not worth the price (if you're thinking of staying).nnProsnRoom is clean. Toiletries are on point. Food are good quality.nHi tea has good selection and worth the price; especially on weekdays.nnConsnWorking desk is DEFINITELY NOT FOR WORKING. Chair and table is not friendly for people who wants to work from hotel. Also there is not enough lighting for working desk.

Very decent hotel and should be 4-5star hotel. Room look grand and clean. Facilities quite complete and cozy.nnAnyway the bed feel itchy while sleeping plus the air conditioning not cool at the time I there. The restaurant close probably too few customers as in the pandemic.nnOverall good experience worth the price.

Beautiful n cozy place. Hi tea is good at times n sometimes not up to expectations. Food is not refilled till you tell them. As or today service was kinda bad

The best place ever to stay, for short vacay. Hotel are super comfortable. But not the food
