The rooms are dated and needs upgrading soon. The first room that was given smelt like sewage and was completely unbearable. Thankfully your front counter staff changed the room for me.nnThis is after I called your maintenance twice and on both occasions they sent up a worker with a can of air freshener! How is a can of air freshener going to remove the smell or sewage?nnAlso, please do something about your TV channels. We are in 2021 and the minimum we expect is clear tv channels with some popular channels. If you choose not to provide good TV channels, the least that can be done is to provide a TV that I can cast videos to.nnPrior to this visit, I stayed at your hotel in 2017 and the experience was far better. It was very impressive to say the least.nnMy honest opinion is if something is not done soon, it might be too late. Thankfully your front counter staff are friendly and helpful, that was the only saving grace.

Rooms are quite old, didn't expect that for a 5 star hotel, but it is very big and spacious. Would really recommend a kiosk so people with online booking can skip the line at check in. The lift also takes a long time, so you have to be patient while waiting.nnThe aircond in our room was not working so we asked for a room change. Gave 3 stars because the staffs were really nice. So kudos to the team.

One of the best malls for pocket-friendly shopping..lot of options for branded and unbranded shopping for clothes, IT stuffs, etc. & decent options for food as well. Easily spent about 6 hrs in this mall shopping. Will keep visiting multiple times for sure! Highly recommended!

Convenient access to the shopping mall, makes the staying at the hotel more enjoyment. Easy to go for the shopping, eating without having to get a cab. And lots of stores in the Times Square mall offering good stuffs at a good bargain.
