Definitely the best if you want to get away from the city! Very well kept clean hotel, great facilities. Enjoyed the room with an amazing sea view. Staffs were so friendly, food was great although limited.nBest of my stay is definitely the bed. So damn comfy. Will definitely go back again and spend more days.

Peaceful and calm surroundings. Check in and check out was fast. Baggage and buggy sent to the villa was smoothly handled. Staff were excellent and attended efficiently. Breakfast was a wide array of food.nSleep quality was awesome. We were only disappointed with no mugs/glasses in the room due to the present state of SOP. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back again.

1. Prior to our arrival, no body picked up the phone. It was quite inconvenient as we had to make several Confirmations.n2. The breakfast spread can be improved as we really thought this is a 5 star hotel. The chef didn't even know how to make a decent half boiled eggs! Same menu for both days.n3. We requested for fresh bed sheet at 8 am. Were told that the housekeeping would come at 9 am. But nobody came until 12 noon. Had to call a few times. When they finally came, they cleaned the bathroom and everything else (?) but not the bed sheet. Had to explain it again to them that we just need the bed sheet changed. Shows lack of communication between the operator and housekeeping.n4. Our key card didn't work on the second day after 12 noon. It was scorching hot, my wife is heavily pregnant and we were locked out the room. Had to call the hotel via my mobile phone. Finally a bell boy came and he didn't even apologize but blamed it on the card that might touch some other cards (?!) (which we think quite ridiculous). The card may be set to just 2 days 1 night instead of 3 days 2 nights. Things happened we understand but just come clean about it. We move on.n5. I needed to leave early to work at 6.40 am. Called the reception for a buggy service but nobody picked up the phone. I had to walk all the way.nnDecent hotel. But not a 5 star hotel.

Very unique hotel. Amazing view. Very friendly staff. I was on family villa, spacious for 4 adults to stay with 2 rooms and balcony each. The distance from our room to front lobby is 0.6km, need buggy to commute, however perfect morning exercise, run or walk with kids amazing morning scenery. The hotel bit pricey. Limited restaurant and i would say, very expensive foods.

Love the place... Check out for promo price if you want to have discount. The best thing is, if you purchase by their website, u will get rm40 coupons for f&b and spa. A bit expensive for restaurants price. However the facilities, transportation, tranquility, breakfast, customer service was really good. Enjoyable stay...
