12.45 start form Kulim uff0creach at jalan Duta is 8.40pm . my husband at the bus stop waiting 2 hour thair .Is very pool service link. and driver also don't know what time can reach.POOL、POOL、POOLn1 star is a over give

Bus driver from kamunting, perak to larkin, johor at 11.00p.m. lack of driving experience. He don't even know how to reverse the bus and keep making mistake while driving.

Rode this from TBS to Bagan Serai. Very nice. Very smooth. Nice bus nice seat everything was perfect. Bought again from Parit Buntar to TBS. Waited for almost an hour for the bus. Reading others's comment makes me hesitate to buy another one from StarMart.

One of the worst in the industry. Took bus from TBS to Kuala Kangsar, with full passengers from tbs... Driver kept making unnecessary stops 2 to 3 times... Each lasted about half an hour and on top of it, driving too slow! Yeah being safe is good but they are terribly too slow at 50km/h! I would NOT recommend starmart express busses to others and don't even think starmart express cares to improve! Others had been complaining for years and yet they still haven't change!! 0 star!
