Much improved over previous years. Surrounding area is quite run down but terminal is clean and efficient. Wish there is more food options available

Terrible service .nAnd I request company phone number or email address to do complaint, they don’t wan give me .nTerrible company + terrible staffnBetter go KL TBS also don’t wan go here.nBagi itu operator nasihat , Kalau tak boleh cakap baik baik dengan Customer , u jangan kerja sebagai operator ! Lagi marah Customer mampus!

Definitely lives up to the name. If you expect shops and convenience stores, you may be disappointed with the selection you have here. Not the busiest terminal, and pretty clean most of the time.

Necessities are available, just don't know where the ATM is..but its ok..went to Giant Hypermarket for ATM. Could improve on signboard, I don't know where to get local bus that day. Hard to get a metered taxi, suggest to use e-hailing instead.

Was okay if you're planning to take a bus ride from Klang to your destination. The amenities within the building is basic and most shoplots are closed. There's 2 restaurant and cafes before you enter the main door building, few sundry and convenient shops, kiosk, and that's about it.
