A well designed bus station in the highlands. Tickets can be purchased from the self service kiosk. Waiting area with comfortable seats and digital signages updating bus schedules and destinations.

- The staffs were rude, not looking at you even when you were asking questions about the bus schedules (changed due to MCO), not looking nor reply to you when making payments.n- The buses were constantly late for 5~10 minutes.n- Ppl who were taking the bus did not even follow proper SOP & queue in a line, the staffs did not even bother to manage to queue and just let who ever rushed to the bus get up first, and it made us who queued properly looked like a fool.

This Bus Terminal was great. All information you need about bus departure and arrival time, destination are easy to get. The facility are great too such as waiting room, bus counter, restaurant, many store, and also toilet. This place also have self ticketing machine. But for the toilet are not so clean and little bit stinky.
