Really bad experience. Bus delay more than 2hrs...…wasting time. The bus operator should take responsibility to ensure the bus arrive to pick up passengers on time... older people are travelling..... this is not 1st or 2nd time !!!!!! STAR MART bus

Place was nice. During PKPB the place is dark at 5am, eventhough there's people arriving at that place, no grab car at all, had to take the taxi. I got scammed this morning by taxi plat no, HBB 3960 Indian guy, from Terminal 17 to UITM Shah Alam, RM20, using grab or usual taxi I took, only cost me around RM7/RM8. That guy hide the meter, but I couldn't do anything since I'm a girl and there was nobody at my place and I had big luggage in his car. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE!

Clean, comfortable, lots of centralized ticketing counter + cashless self-operated ticketing kiosk. There is RM1.00 facility charge for each ticket. Lack of parking space. The ticketing staff was not so friendly and not informative enough about my journey though

It is a conveniently located in a right place bus terminal, away from major traffic filled roads. It is like a mini airport. Not very spacious but looks sufficient for the present day passengers volume. There is RM1 facility charges for all tickets...... this is not right....a bus ticket to PG was 43.00, admin charges 2.15 n facility charges 1.00...... You can drop and pick up passengers right in front of the main door. Anyhow you better don't wait at this area, you will cause inconveniences to others. There is a big car park nearby. Watch out for the market open time.
