Casino du Lac-Leamy

I love coming here to watch UFC fights in private rooms. Drinks are so good and I love the beautiful view from the garden, only depressing if you gamble, seen wayyy too many people crying on the slot machines

I won a $50 voucher on a radio station, during the pandemic shut down. Today I finally had some free time to go and use it before I lost the voucher.nIt says you can redeem the voucher at the service desk. Now there is no service desk. I mentioned this to the lady that checks us in, she uses her walkie talkie and confirms I can use it. They send me off to another lady that gives a pass for the restaurant, she also says that I can use the voucher. I just have to get them to get a manager when I go to pay. Banco bistro is now set up like a cafeteria. We ordered our food put it on our trays, pick up our drinks and head to the cashier, I told her that the other girls said they have to call a manager to ok the transaction. The cashier says we can sit down and eat while they find the manager. Halfway to our meals, the cashier comes over and says that the voucher can't be used at this restaurant. Even though the two other girls that checked us in said we could. Even though it shows a picture of the casinos logo on the voucher and the Banco bistro is in the casino. They now say it's only good at the Hilton. No pictures of the Hilton logo just the casino. Is this a case of bait and switch. Or is this the casinos way of not honoring the voucher. They should have said that the voucher wasn't accepted at the Banco bistro. And I would have left. The food was good, the setup and safety good. I know that it's not the service staff's fault. So I tipped accordingly. 15%. I don't like the way this was handled. No customer service what so ever. Lied to by two employees. And getting stuck with a bill. I will not be back. Update : After a week, my complaint was fixed. It shouldn't have even got to this. And to bad that the leftover money on the voucher which would have been given as a tip to the staff get's wasted.

Had a blast at this casino, cash was going up and down all night and managed to stay at the tables for quite a while. Croupiers were terrific and made the nights entertainment.nnDown side was the long line up trying to get into the casino with proper reservations.nnAll in all it was a wonderful experience and came out ahead.

Great Casino, lots of parking and the slot machines are plentiful and modern.

It is so dark. It is like entering like a black hole. Need more lighting and poorly organized. Very dangerous for old people and handicap people. Poor attitude atmosphere. Some pattrends are very rude. Had to wait for someone to check on it.
