dirty bathroom, blanket, and curtain. There is no tissue available, AC didn't work good, i was setting in 18 C, still not cold at all.nNo water boiled, coffee, and tea compliment at the room.nFoods were so minus of taste.nReally need much of improvement.nDont believe what they show at the picture of apps.

Check in was long, the hotel employees was not even friendly to every visitor. Check-in must be 2.15 pm and it turns out to be longer. The lobby is very hot. Dirty room, like not cleaned. Poorly maintained and dirty bathrooms. Can not get soap, shampoo, toothbrush, tissue and mineral water. AC is not cold. Let the facilities in the room broken. Towels are dirtier than doormats, very unworthy, shredded. Only 2 TV channels. I will never stay again at this hotel. This hotel is incorporated with Oyo, but this is the worst Oyo of the many oyo I visited in various cities in Indonesia. This hotel is very bad!

The receptionist didn't service us like a human . At that time . I was dressing like a poor maybe in her eyes. So she treat us badly . I was dressing like that cause too far flight n too tired from airport to Indonesia . But she treat us like we can't pay. Fck off

It was formerly Aston. Yes, Aston Hotel. Some years ago. Then changed to IShine. Currently part of Oyo. From Luxury hotel to Budget hotel. You can see the photo that the bathtub, shower, toilet and toiletries were not well maintained.nBut... of course not bad at all if you can get price around IDR 2ook for ex Aston ud83dude06nIts location is great.
