Absolute joke of a dental practise, it's virtually impossible to get an appointment and when you do finally get in they only provide the bare minimum level of treatment in order to get more people through the service quickly thus maximising profit.nnWhen it gets to the point where you are told the soonest appointment they have is SIX months away, when they have specifically told you that you need treatment soon, it's time to reevaluate the service.nnI've been having serious concerns about gum disease for several years, have asked multiple times for a sub gingeval clean/root planing and nothing apart from a basic scale has been done. I shall be looking for an alternative dental surgery and making complaints to the necessary organisations.nnThis has been ongoing long before the current covid situation, and cannot see an end in sight. Goodbye and good riddance.
