Bupa Dental Care North Shields

I have cancelled all my dentist appointments out of fear, but when I plucked up the courage and went I met a new dentist lady in the room next to reception, she is amazing!! Put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. It is like going to see a friend....who has a drill and needle! But even with them I look forward to the dentist now! Shes 1 in a million! Friendly, helpfully and supportive! Even let's me put my numbing jell on! Even the receptionists are friendly! Win win!

First time back to dentist in a few years. Iam petrified of the dentist. Simi a new dentist at the practice was amazing she put me at ease and made me feel so much better about going back to get the filling done. Today I had my filling and not even worried about going back in 6 months. Simi is such a lovely lady and an amazing dentist. Thank you for helping me over the dentist fear and looking after my teeth.

Can't thank the staff at Bupa dentist North shields enough for how amazing they are from being so kind to me and helping fix my teeth. Simon is also amazing and can't fault him and his amazing nurses. Thank you aswell for the hand outs for the nursery children amazing dentist would recommend to anyone. Thanks again

Excellent staff, kind friendly and fast service. Going to the dentist doesn't bother me, but the staff still put me at ease and I felt very relaxed there. My dental problem was sorted out fast and feels so much better.

Professional friendly staff who put me at ease right away during dental emergency with my daughter. Their dental nurse Alix and the dentist who called me back were both lovely, gave me the advice I needed and speedily referred me to the dental hospital. They both kept me informed and calm. True professionals, would highly recommend.
