it cant be worse. I get my appointment scheduled over 1.5 months in advance, apparently 'very busy' , and coming to the place on a scheduled time for a implant consultation.n1. They don't have X-ray, so they gave me referral to another place to make X-ray (earliest time in 3 weeks),n2. Dentist had no idea about anything, cause … they requested my medical records from Sydney dental clinic a month ago and .. nobody ever followed up with an email. Records never were received. Of course, nobody knows nothing about anything.n3. Paid 62AUD just to get referral for X-ray, just amazing. Such a waste of time, let alone they could have asked me to come with a specific X-ray results a long time ago. With such finest example of famous QLD organization of work, I'm afraid, it might take literally months to get anything done.

I had the luxury of getting some dental work done at this fine establishment. Dr. Taz ( I might've gotten her name wrong ), but she was very friendly, and very professional. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.nnI highly recommend Pacific Smiles Dental.

I've had cleans, fillings, root canals and check-ups over the last 8 years here. Yesterday I had an implant put in, and another tooth extracted. Dr Riz and his assistants were amazing and everything went smoother than I thought possible. As always their staff talk me through everything and always show concern for you. You can't go wrong with this dental surgery!

Worst place to consult with if you already know that you have the wisdom tooth that needs to be pulled. beware they will keep making money out of you to go and have consultation but not get the job done..after being with them for more than two years..will never go back..and the receptionist was happy to accept that..instead of trying to help out..keep up the good customer service and your rating might drop to under 3 stars..
