Used to stop here whenever I drive to Padang Aro, it's a very long trip from Padang, so drivers and their Passengers use to take a rest here and have a meal. They don't only have sate, they also have Soto padang and nasi Rames, even you can order Noodles or indomie if you wish. The price is affordable, plus the scenery you'll get while take a rest is.. priceless.

The red sauce satay is really good. There are peanut satay and soto too. I don't like the sotonya, because the meat is dry

This place provides good food, satay padang, satay with peanut sauce and soto padang is the main menu in this place. Located in a very strategic location that is across the aro-padang crossroads and located in surian which is halfway between padang aro and padang making this place very suitable for stopping places for a short break and enjoy the existing dishes. Other facilities such as toilets are available, although it is recommended to be improved. For other accesses that support is the availability of several stalls or small shops across the street from the Pondok Sate for visitors who want to buy drinks or snacks that are quite complete. Besides access to worship is also close because the satay cottage is adjacent to the mosque. Until now Pondok Sate Palo is one of the travel stops in Padang-Padang to enjoy the dishes here. The price issue is in accordance with the taste quality of the food enjoyed here. Recommend to stop by and eat at this place.

This satay hut is one of the nice stops to fill the energy after tired driving, the food that was provided was tasty and warm.

It's quite crowded, especially as a temporary stopover for people traveling from the direction of South Solok to Padang City. Make people who continue their studies in Padang become familiar with satay dishes and other menus, apaligi in the rainy season. Quite easy to reach and open every day. It's just to be considered in terms of cleanliness.
