I am Naomi Harefa, a patient at the Medan Hermina Hospital, being treated for about 4 days in the Hermina Hospital with a diagnosis of typoidnDuring the treatment I was satisfied with all the herminal services from the room, the facilities even though the first day of the hot water tap could not be used and the cleanliness was also decent.nThe first day I still had a fever and was vomiting and vomiting.nThe next day my fever was less and I vomited only once, I immediately called Sis Angel while she was on guard in the morning, she immediately rushed to give vomiting medicine and after 15 minutes my nausea was quite reduced after being given medicine by Sis Angel. Every time I have a fever and chills, I always turn off the air conditioner and it turns out that there is a new knowledge from Sis Angel, precisely if our body is having a fever, the room temperature should be in a cooler setting to absorb the warmth that is in my body. From there I always put the AC on to the lowest temperature even though I was cold. As a result, since Sis Angel told me like that, I really never had a fever again.nDuring the treatment, Angel, who always went to the room, always told me to drink a lot and my food was ordered to be finished by me. Maybe because they are of the same age, every time they meet they speak intimately and the language is also not stiff to think of the patient as their close friend.nI feel satisfied with the service of the Hermina, not like a hospital that has been known to disappoint me and my parents.

My first experience at Hermina Hospital was very satisfying. From the start of treatment in the emergency room handled by dr. Andreas, doctors really helped calm me down when I was panicking and in pain. After entering the room, I also met a team of nurses who were very friendly and nimble, especially nurse Ika and nurse Angel who were helping me in the room, supporting and serving me to carry out the operation which I was very afraid of and panicked. The service is VERY VERY BAD !!nnI took my father for treatment with complaints of diarrhea to the emergency room (because it was already late around 7an)nDoctors and nurses in the front emergency room immediately passed us to the rear emergency room (emergency room for covid screening) just because I said my father complained about a little chills without them checking his temperature first.nCan it be considered fever only from the patient's subjective complaints, not by measuring body temperature?
