SOP for refueling is not implemented. mbaknya really not really say anything. we customers have asked you to call the type of fuel and nominally politely, like eating org. Covid is not using a mask anymore. no smile greetings at the place of filling in the fuel, the officer does not have a cool standby story behind. didn't say it started from zero, didn't say it was right. just play. Closing the gas tank is also arbitrary, like lazy, even though it's still early in the morning. please, the owner or just like Pertamina, please check directly. in retraining.
