Cash deposit queue below 25 million max one slip taken by mothers for deposits of more than 1 slip. The staff also let go. Finally, queuing for 30 minutes did not move forward. Really bad service. The teller also didn't take the initiative to open a new queue slot 👎

My experience is almost the same as the one who gave a rating of one, the teller was too aggressive in offering AXA Mandiri unit links to prospective customers. I experienced it in 2018 when I wanted to open an account. I refused gently even though I actually still felt uncomfortable because I was the typical one. If you want to refuse, you are afraid to make the person / teller offended. I just pretended to smile and pretend to be interested even though the real thing was not interested at all. I gave a refusal gesture by saying "maybe next month sir, I want to join in", as a sign that I am not interested, but the teller still doesn't understand. So I registered without even a penny deposit with the agreement that at the beginning of next month when I was paid, my funds were auto-debit (even though I had no intention of putting money into the unit link). The unsure story is that it turned out that only a day of my account list had been called by the teller who yesterday proposed the service. Especially on payday, at that time I could call me up to 4 times during working hours. Even presumptuously called my co-worker who didn't know anything about my business with the teller. I understand, maybe those who work there are under pressure so that their products can be sold, and as employees, we sometimes can't do anything but obey, rather than making it difficult for careers to go up. But still ethics is number one. Alright, that's all. After all, it doesn't work, right? That was also the incident at the end of 2018 and now it's 2019. You can just use them as life lessons.

Bank Mandiri Antasari sub-branch. The building is not too big, but the parking lot is slightly wider than Mandiri Raden Intan. Effective service, only when the queue that knows always takes precedence as though it is not concerned with those who have already queued. It is hoped that in the future it will be more consistent in serving the community, not because they know, but their right to queue should take precedence, not those who know first.
