It's a new experience for me having bad service at BRI branch. The teller and the customer service is extremely unfriendly. The teller is rigid and slow. The customer shouldn't have to bark at an old lady and dismiss her. It's part of the perks working on small town. They should've been aware the people are uneducated and lack of understanding of public banking systems. They should knew this challenge before taking the job. Extra patient is needed.
