I ordered goods online and used POS Indonesia as a Courier, with the aim of KEc. Lima Kaum, postal code 27216, but when I was tracking the date of January 6, 2020, it was said that my wife had received the item by POS Simabur, with postal code 27264, even though my family and I had not received the item at all, if you just look at the destination zip code it's clearly different between my address, and the one written on the tracking, so far I haven't received the item, even though the information on the tracking has been received, please follow up. thank you
