We booked Avanza (Driver Pak Jamal) on 04-06 February 2020. Pak Jamal was very helpful and easy going during our journey. His driving style was really safe, comfort, and fast which enable us to catch flight on time. Will be back using this car rental if in Lombok. Greet from us to Pak Jamal.

We used MobilLombok rental service for 3 days. There were 8 of us, so we rented a Toyota HiAce. Exactly one day before our trip to Lombok, they let us know the name and phone number of the driver, mas Oky. The next day, mas Oky picked us up from the Lombok international airport and took us to around 3-4 beaches till late at night. He even offered us to explore Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno and Gili Air the next day, which we immediately accepted, since it was too good to turn down. Thus, we spent the whole second day in Gili Islands, including snorkeled the ocean to see the corals and turtles. The last day, he took us to the best 3 gift/souvenirs stores before dropped us off at the airport. He is always on time, very patient, very helpful and drove the car safely. Moreover, the car was also clean, spacious, and very comfy. We were so grateful to have mas Oky as our driver and MobilLombok for providing us the best service ever. Very recommended!

Very bad driver, was supposed to reach airport and hold name cards, but was an hour late. Which caused a lot of confusion and issues, as Lombok airport is not friendly with many touts around.nnThe only salvation was the person who manage this site Pak rangga, replies message efficiently.
