Terminal unable to handle crowd during Chinese New Year. Business class tickets are a scam during peak season. They only let you into departure nearing your departing time ... just minutes before the rest. Queue management was pathetic.

You can skip the queue with this terminal! Gotten the business class tickets , there is priority custom clearance. The terminal feels very new, with many restaurant, shops and hotels around. Near to town center too,

The port is now integrated into a shopping mall, you need to get inside the mall and take an elevator to second floor. You can easily find the ticketing booth there. The boats from this harbour sail to both singapore and malaysia.
