My father-in-law bought a 2012 SX4 manual transmission from this dealer and the thing still works like clock. As a car manufacturer, Suzuki has always offer reliable, uncluttered design in their cars. Their price point for cars is also very reasonable. But when it comes to genuine spare-parts like the ones this dealer also offers, don’t be surprised to find that parts’s prices are quite expensive because most of them were made in Japan. Today I spent Rp.107k for an engine oil filter. In other car manufacture dealer, it can be as low as half of that because it was not made in Japan. Import stuff are always expensive, I guess...nnDespite that, staffs in this particular dealer are really helpful. When I asked that SX4 to be serviced with full synth aftermarket 0W-20 engine oil that I brought myself, the service advisor allows it knowing that I brought some quality stuff, not some cheap off-brand that can ruin not only my car but also their reputation.nnOther than reguler servicing, I’ve also brought the SX4 for trouble shooting, namely when the car drunk more gas than usual (needed new O2 sensor) and when the car feels unilaterally hesitated (needed new rear brake piston caliper). The problem is, they don’t always have slow-moving spare parts in store, so sometimes customer needs to put an indent order. This was especially true when I wanted to replace an external plastic body part.nnIn terms of amenities, this dealer offers spacious waiting room with enormous glass windows so you can see your car being worked on from afar. They also offer free small beverage and a really really small musholla for Muslims out there.
