My parcel arrived in terrible situation due to rats ate half of the products inside my parcel and also poor communication between staff and costumer. Overall very dissapointed with this service. Hopefully, from this experience , you guys can improve yiur service in terms of communication, and parcel safety, especially when it took a month to be arrived. Thank you.

Great service, I usually don't wrap my package properly, the officer always help me to wrap my package. The point plus they open until 9pm on weekday so I can drop my package after office. And it opens 7 days a week. What a great news for everyone.

My express package has not arrived in 2 months.nThe purpose of wamena being held in jayapura for more than 1 week, is still the same as an ordinary package
