In my experience, the service is not friendly and (one of the employees there) does not appreciate it.nnMy goal in coming to the Bekasi library was that I ONLY wanted to ask the librarian there about the collections in the library, but when I wanted to explain the purpose and purpose of my visit to the library to one of the staff, I was not given time to explain and instead immediately asked to bring a letter from campus, then submitted to another building on that floor, then returned with the letter. ud83eudd23 Even though I just wanted to ask ud83eudd23 why was asked to bring a letter from campus, etc. ud83eudd23nnSuggestion: improve service and please listen to explanations from visiting visitors until it's finished, let the visitors provide an explanation of their goals and objectives, don't cut someone's explanation while explaining.

Saturday please stay open. Because workers also want to enjoy Perpsda collection books.nBut in my observation I close it more often even though Saturday's schedule is open.
