People who need gas urgently can go to this rest area. But I think it's more likely for trucks or busses to stop there, even though there are some separate spaces for car (minibusses). I don't recommend this as rest area because of the noises from the machine of some trucks/busses there. The guide sign for toilet or which way to go to the gas station also not very detail, not enough to understand well, I even got confused there. I think, this place can be just your urgent rest area.
