Well we were going to go to this place but, after reading the reviews about this guy stealing and puncturing tourist's motorbikes and intimidating people, we decided not to.nWe suggest the owners/authorities to resolve this issue. The place has potential to bring economy and eco-tourism to the village, it seems a shame is ruined by some nasty scoundrel.

The road to get to the waterfall is a disaster. A 7km very bumpy road with a lot of big holes. So you should better walk to the waterfall once you managed to get up the mountain. You could definitely get to the waterfall by yourself but the locals want to earn some money so they will probably stop you once you enter their village.nnWe payed 100k to the local guide for a group of 6. The guide could not speak any english but showed us the way to the waterfall.nWe had the waterfall for ourselves and loved it.nThe waterfall is very beautiful and the pool is very big.nWe did not see any rubbish near the waterfallud83dudc4dud83cudffdnnSide note:nTo get to the waterfall you have to hike for around 30-45min from the village down to the waterfall. You will love the waterfalls pool even more after the hike ;)

Beautiful waterfall in the middle of the mountainous forest, be prepared for a long and bumpy ride to the car park. Nice place for pictures.

Some weird reviews so let me clarify a few points:nn- it's a fantastic hike from the village to this waterfall. Through fruit trees and paddy fields. The walk is not difficult but if you are elderly or disabled then it's not for you. But it will be a wonderful adventure for young children (5+)nn- there are no fees to pay when you get to the waterfall. You can choose to pay a donation but it is not compulsorynn- you do have to pay where you park your bike and you get a receipt for it.nn- the area is unmarked so keep track of the route especially to retrace your steps. This is important and if you can't do that then take a guide.
