Very unfriendly service from a doctor. I asked for a referral on the advice of the emergency room doctor where I was treating at midnight the previous day, but the clinic's doctor immediately refused with no friendliness at all. Only told me to spend the medicine from UGD where I was treated without any direct examination from him. In the end I went to the hospital emergency room again and paid for personal expenses. I regret making this clinic my first BPJS facility! If it is indeed not possible to issue referrals, at least politely provide input and help with the solution, because I use BPJS, so after all, for further examination, I need a referral.
