On 25th Jan 2020, my fren & I ordered fried chicken (Ayam goreng bawang puteh) from the hotel's restaurant. We were served near raw chicken. Only the outer part was cooked. My fren only realized after taking a bite. Furthermore, when we complained, one of the staff initially offered to recook it. The staff were polite & nice (they refunded the chicken) but HAD ZERO IDEA about FOOD PREP. Serving meat that is not well cooked is Dangerous! There could be salmonella, food poisoning etc. It could be fatal to a child, old person, pregnant lady or a person with weak immunity.
