Severe, acute, chronic! Here is a review of my update, the first one about 1 year ago.nAgain, this is the only Cash Deposit ATM in Tomohon, but it has been damaged for more or less over the past 6 months.nThe reason is that spare parts haven't arrived yet ?! My question, are the spare parts sent from the moon or planet Mars?nIn all times it is connected and fast, at most 2 weeks the time needed to send goods from other parts of the world.nHow is this BRI ?! Nerd multi trillion service company!

If you sdh accustomed to service BCA bank, would be shocked with the service of this bank. The service is not very good, employees and staff have to learn a lot how to welcome those who are friendly, much better than other banks, even though this bank has been a long time ago. Call numbers are not orderly, even if some are passed from within without ordering. No fair. so so bad
