He said that if you want to control your pregnancy you have to make an appointment with the midwife first. I then WA the midwife, but there was no reply. I immediately came to the puskesmas because of an urgent need. The patient at that time was only me but told to wait a long time. The midwife was in the room chatting instead, doing something with her friend. I need a referral letter that has a clear diagnosis issued by the hospital doctor and is urgent. But just asking for a referral letter, it's just taking a long time, I'm sorry, even though there is no other patient besides me. Very bad and disappointing service.

The Puskesmas is small but the service is good, the place is strategic, clean, neat and orderly. The doctors, nurses and adm officers are friendly and friendly.
