I encountered one bad experience here just now. I bought a kitchen gadget and was asking if it is available in the storage room because the one on shelf is full of stratch and dusty. The employee said, yes, and asked me to wait because he was going to pick it. Cashier asked me to pay for it before the other employee pick the item.nnThen, I wait for the item for nearly an hour.nnIn the end, I asked the cashier about the item and turned out that they did not get to the storage room to pick the new item (because the cashier simply asked her friend behind the counter who was there all along.nnHe said, it's unavailable (that the item in the storage is oanly for purchase before 9 PM). It was only 8.45 at the time and we order the item at 8.05 which is one hour before 9 PM).nnTurned out, we're handled the one o.øn the shelf, the dusty and scratchy one. They made me wait for nearly an hour for this. Such a bad service.nnIMO, these employee are just lazy.
