How come this item has arrived from the 28th, how come it's not delivered to the consumer. what is the function of this post office? if it is the intention to serve the community please take it seriously. if it's not serious just close the post I think I am the only victim of the Ketibung post, after seeing the comments below it is true that the post is incapable of providing services to the community.

My package has not been sent and sent from the Ketibung post office. Even though it has gone 3 days. How come it hasn't been sent yet

My package arrived at the post office in Ketibung on 20.07.2020 at 12:15 but why did it not arrive at home and there was no telephone number that I clarified or provided information that my package had arrived. This package will be delivered or told to take it myself
