Nice place to stay in with goid hospitality , foid is good but thing that I like best is the welcome drink; jahe merah....red ginger....lovely

Next to windsor Asam Pedas. Spicy fish with great taste. One and the only @nagoya batam. The hotel also clean and has nice bed. Covid 19 makes hotel cannot serve breakfast properly. This hotel usually gives great food and beverages. Especially breakfast. I lost my count for how many times i’ve been here. So, without further a due. Just open your app and plan your holiday to batam. Rememeber, this city next to johor and singapore. Yummy!

Check in was easy. Friendly front line staff. Rooms are clean. Good water pressure. The location is convenient. Within walking distance, there is a Windsor food court across the road. And convenient stores nearby. 10 mins walk to Nagoya mall. For the price, I couldn't ask for more. The rooms are beginning to show its age.

Location of the hotel is not so bad. There's a convenience store just beside the hotel. And if you walk in further into the lane, you will find eateries cooking local cuisine.nnCheck in was a breeze, but however, when I approached the female receptionist, she continued to text on her phone, as if I was invisible in front of her. When she was done, she asked if I want to check in, which I said yes. She told me to go to the next lane for check in. Am so surprised they don't help each other to serve their guests. Her other colleague in the check in counter was helping another guest, and hence the reason I was at her counter.nnBreakfast spread was moderate. Hot dish was a little salty on our first day, but was better on the second. Please be careful when you use their glassware and chinaware. Twice I returned chipped cups to them. But then again, they still used chipped plates and cracked glasses on their buffet. See for yourself in the pictures attached. Waiters are supposed to pour your coffee or tea but due to their disengagement, you'll end up looking for the coffee and tea station, to pour your own coffee or tea.nnRoom was of decent size with basic amenities. However, there's some funny smell on the bedsheet and pillow covers. Even after telling them to change. I bought towels from the local hypermarket as the towels looked yellowish.

First of all, I know that the price charged for the stay wasn't any 4-star or 5-star price, hence I won't expect that kind of service. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but when we arrived, basically we need to self service for a welcome drink while the other hotel in the vicinity which we've stayed in before greeted us with the drinks.nnThe lobby look posh, just like the photos I saw in agoda, however, after checking in to our room, though the room's layout and design look like what we saw on agoda, it was way worn than the pictures uploaded. The room was not well-maintained where paint was peeling off the wall with ants in the room, not to mention a maggot-looking bug found on our sheets. We subsequently found another 2 maggot-looking bugs on the wall which made us check our sheets for more before we went to bed.nnIn the middle of the night, my husband couldn't sleep at all as there was the smell of people smoking on a non-smoking level. We requested for a change of room and we finally got a change of room after a second try. Though we saw the no smoking sign everywhere, the smoke smell was very strong at certain parts of the hotel, for example the corridor of the breakfast place.nnOther details which you might find useful, the towels look quite dirty and there will be extra charges for extra pillow requested. Location was great, but that's about all the plus point the hotel have.
