RedDoorz Premium near Grand Batam Mall

I booked through agoda and arrived around 11pm, and they told me the hotel is closed even though some people are at the reception...nnThe booking on agoda was still active and I had to call agoda to take care of the situation, which took almost 2hours.nnI have never had this kind of issue with agoda after hundreds of booking, so it’s clear that this whole mess is because of this hotel.nnIn general, I would recommend to stay away from using RedDoorz because the service is very inconsistent and usually very bad....
