the first impression of the front officers is not positive. really really expecting a professional, customer-oriented personnel, but not really getting it... payment using CC and DC is said to be error which is a big NO NO, and the way it is explained is not in some kind way ☹️☹️☹️ the property is not well-maintained. microphones is on a really bad condition, that sometimes when you move it some ways it just goes off 🤔🤔 will not go back. 😐

Very not recommended to karaoke here. Minimum order 2 hour for small room. They force us to order 2 hour, or medium room if you insist to order 1 hour. Bad mic and sound system quality. No bass at all. Room's sound insulation is not quite good. The song selection screen is often hanged.
