NOAH HOTEL

Stayed here during Christmas-New Year 2018-19 holiday. My hometown is originally in Samosir (as you can tell from my last name ud83dude09) but we're having a large family gathering from my mum's side so we stayed here because my maternal family is of Siborongborong origins.nnStrategic location (only about a few minutes from Silangit Airport). Huge parking lot. Overall it's ok, particularly for cleanliness, but they don't have hot water as promised. Despite its strategic location, it's also (unfortunately) located next to a pub often playing loud music late at night which can be easily heard from the rooms & disturb people who are trying to get some sleep after a long day of exploring North Sumatra. Breakfast choices are also alright but can still be more variative

The hotel is substandard shouldn't be called as hotel, it is very suspicous that the google rating is so high because obviously the hotel is very dirty with smelly toilet, the hotel light can automatically turn on few seconds after you turn off, the bed and mattress feels gross, no air cond no fan, it is worst than anything i hv ever stayed, if i can will rate it as zero star

This was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The manager was beyond helpful. Everyone was so friendly. I will be back in a few years.

The hotel is really close to the Silanggit Airport but far from the commotion.nnThe hotel itself is very spacious and clean, and best of all, hot water is available: very important when the weather gets really cold at times.nnFood is also really good. Definitely my hotel of choice when I'm in Silanggit!
