Agree with the other user, they are thieves. We got sold cabin tickets for the cruise from a man who claimed he worked for Wanua. When the day came to go on the cruise the Wanua staff said to pay more than we already did claiming the boat we paid for was not running. Take extra extra precautions when booking with them.

Thieves. Sold a ticket to Gili Meno then told the boat won't be running and trying to make us a purchase a private speed boat. Very very unpleasant experience. Sadly the most untrustworthy people we met in Indonesia. Avoid at all costs.
