Thought this was the best deal we could find. Boat was a lot older than the pictures, but that doesnt matter. We had boat to ourselves. Left on time. Good communication from owner via WhatsApp. Would recommend l.

The transfer to Gili Air was fine and there was no problem with the negotiated price we settled on the day before (300000 for four people and luggage).nnFor the way back they wanted to charge us 450000 though and then refused to further communicate with us.

Having been on the fast boats from Bali a few times, we thought this was a million times better. The prices were pretty good (300,000 IDR for four people each way) and they organised our car rides to the airport and from Senggigi which were both well priced. We also didn't have to wait around at all to go between the boat and car transfers, which previously with the fast boats we sometimes had to wait around for an hour or so. They were really helpful and helped with our luggage and getting on the boat. The boat was a little dated but its adequate and all of the staff we had contact with were lovely. The only thing is they were late picking us up both times - the first by an hour almost and the second time by 15 mins or so, but the boat was bringing a lot of people over before picking us up and some were quite elderly so I think that was a little out of their control the second time.
