For the dealer, the service registration room until the toilet is kept clean (maybe because it's new), hoping it will be maintained.nnThe waiting room is also comfortable with direct views of the workshop so you can see the vehicle workmanship process.nnMy suggestion is please improve service to consumers, especially SOPs regarding service because when I go to the dealer I am confused about who and where to go, etc. because there are no directions or people directing it, it's a bit different from other dealers I visit to service my other cars or when servicing at the previous dealer at Citraland.nExample: when I entered my dealer in what order, where was the parking lot, if the list was where. In the end, I had to take the initiative to find out by asking the staff who were there, including when going out of the dealer to the highway there were no staff to help.nnThen when booking via the Wuling app there is never a response and always waiting for confirmation until it finally expires, it's faster to contact the dealer directly for the reservation and it is impressed that the dealer and the application are not connected.nPlease improve the service on the Wuling app because from Booking to point exchange there has never been a response.nnHopefully Wuling will be better in the future.

The supply of spare parts is too slow ... compared to other dealers such as Toyota, Daihatsu, Suzuki, Honda.
