Waioti's e-Kelurahan service must be reviewed. When taking care of my domicile letter I was asked to show proof of UN payment (original documents were lost when taken out of town). When I asked for help from the officer to check the status of the payment, he said it was not recorded because it might not have paid. Even though after checking into Dispenda in fact it was paid off. So wasting time in vain because you have to go back and forth.
