Initially uda 2 times using this bus destination mdo-ktg ... tp there is a pretty annoying incident when dr ktg to mdo, sy booking 2 seat let more comfortable and spacious, pas uda dimurang the kenek bus greet and ask for the next seat who already sy pay filled aja ama passengers who dr amurang kemanado, obviously sy objections krn destination ng took 2 seats so that during the trip kurleb 3 hours sy can be comfortable. There is not enough waiting room yet and the place tends to be dark, but that's the Damri Kotamobagu shelter which is always crowded with people who want to go to Manado

There is no comfortable waiting room for passengers waiting for bus departures. Ticket guards are sometimes unfriendly. Ticket services cannot be via telephone, but must be directly at the shelter.
