It's not easy to serve the community. And it's more often victim-doubting. When reporting on an emergency that needs help immediately asks about things that the victim might not know such as 'which person is the culprit?' while the perpetrators themselves face up, how the victims could know -_- Until the perpetrators finally ran away after stealing some items. (This happened more than 3 years ago but the officers are still more or less the same personnel) Very disappointing only because the reporter was not yet an adult, the police ignored the report. What if there is a small child (considering being close to elementary school) who reports suspicious people and the police ignores the report until the kidnapping occurs ?? Hopefully in the future the police can be swift and not underestimate citizen reports because the responsibility for security is in the hands of this institution.
