My family and my extended family have been loyal customers for over a year now, but from today onwards WE WILL NO LONGER GO TO TOP MODE as we lost trust in them.nWe spent around rp300000 on groceries yesterday, but when we got back home 3 items which were scanned and in the receipt were missing coffee, candy and Masako, no we didn't drop it or lost it instead after scanning we suspect the staff hide these items... Although it's cheap items we lost trust with Top Mode and will make sure our friends and family don't go there anymore, and I warn all shoppers to be careful and choose alternative shop instead which is more trustable!! I hope Top Mode management fix this but in our case we will not shop here anymore Goodbye...
