It's the only hotel in Dolok Sanggul with with relatively decent service. There is no Air Conditioner, but you don't need one. The temperature is nice, ranging from 10 - 20 ° C all day. The only hotel in the area with well ventilated room.

Very bad service, I tried to call them but they reject me to contact only by WhatsApp. Very slow response on WhatsApp also. When I almost booked the rooms with them, suddenly they said it was full booked. Very bad experience on customer service, Please have a good coordination on the staffs so we as customer did not have any bad service like this.

Cozy, convenient, clean, large place, but the food is so so.

Room are big ( you can put 2 single extra bed inside ) and comfort big bed. Bathroom also big. Price 500k with breakfast ( fried rice and fried noodle ) with coffee or tea. Nice view, also there is a big swimming pool and nice coffee. Very quite because lobby and rooms are separate quite far.nTv signal not too good also hot water not available 24 hours. But Wifi available. If you need quiteness for a better sleep, then this hotel is recommend this for you.
